The phone is beautiful. As long as you buy the version I got for testing. The second one is black and less beautiful. And for the third time: it's worth remembering that in order for the smartphone to remain beautiful, you need to stick a foil on its screen. In addition to a beautiful device, you will get the ability to take good photos, reasonable operating time, fast charging and good technical capabilities. The display could be brighter, microSD support would be nice, and the interface translation could use a few final touches, but Nubia Focus Pro 5G is an opportunity that probably doesn't come around very often. I'm writing this after about 3 weeks spent with this smartphone and in this context: I recommend it with all my might.

The category of affordable smartphones is extremely competitive, and it's hard for manufacturers to stand out with something really interesting. But nubia Focus Pro 5G has several features that may be of interest to potential owners. The smartphone has an original and unusual design that resembles retro-style cameras. The main camera takes very good pictures. An additional two-position switch and a touch-sensitive camera button may also come in handy. The nubia Focus Pro 5G also has a 120 Hz refresh rate and an acceptable level of performance for the price. But the smartphone has a number of drawbacks. It doesn't have a MicroSD slot and a 3.5 mm headphone jack, which most competitors in this price category have. It also lacks even basic moisture protection. In addition, the smartphone runs on Android 13 when the current version is 15, and the manufacturer does not say whether there will be an update.

I can see this fitting for a number of potential markets, whether it’s someone who is being forced from their ever–reliable 3G device with the pending network shutdown, to someone who wants an affordable 5G device with a good camera and solid battery life. Provided you don’t want to play games on this, as it struggles a bit, there’s not really anything bad to say about the Nubia Focus 5G. It’s a solid phone, and at the $249.00 price, it offers remarkably good value for money.

71.83%: This rating is poor. More than three quarters of the models are rated better. That is rather not a purchase recommendation. Even if verbal ratings in this area do not sound that bad ("sufficient" or "satisfactory"), they are usually euphemisms that disguise a classification as a below-average laptop.
