Nubia Neo 5 Pro 5G
Pros
Cons
The Nubia Neo 5 Pro 5G is positioned as an affordable gaming smartphone with dedicated shoulder triggers and distinctive lighting. It features a 6.8-inch OLED display with a 120 Hz refresh rate and a resolution of 2392 by 1080 pixels. The listed hardware includes a Unisoc T9100 processor, Mali-G57 MP4 graphics, 12 GB of memory and 256 GB of storage. Its 6000 mAh battery, 5G connectivity, Wi-Fi 6 and Android 16 support everyday use. Reviews for the Nubia Neo 5 Pro 5G

Moving on to our verdict, I honestly have mixed feelings about this. Sure, it’s got that typical nubia DNA that makes for a good gaming smartphone. Features like the shoulder triggers, “Falcon-eye” lighting design, and the dedicated gaming chipset make the Neo 5 Pro a fairly viable option for gaming. However, when you take the price into consideration, that’s when it becomes a bit of a letdown.

At a price of PHP14,999, the nubia Neo 5 Pro is a decent phone for casual gaming. Titles like Call of Duty: Mobile and Mobile Legends run well on this device. However, if you are planning to play heavier and more demanding games, expect weaker performance. Still, for a budget gaming phone, it did not disappoint.

Overall, the nubia Neo 5 Pro is a decent budget gaming phone that offers excellent value without the flagship price tag. You get a good display, sleek design, and reliable day-to-day performance. While its camera system is capable, it still lacks flexibility in some areas.
