Anker appears to be working on a new MagGo Power Bank. An accessory referred to with model number A1113 recently appeared in a certification database, providing limited specifications and an image of the device.

A new Anker MagGo Power Bank could be on the way. A device referred to as model A1113, a previously unknown model number, has appeared in the database of the Wireless Power Consortium (WPC). This organization is responsible for the management of charging standards like Qi Wireless Power.

The WPC database entry for the Anker A1113 lists two different product names: the Anker Nano Power Bank and the Anker MagGo Power Bank (10K). It is unlikely that either of these is the final product name, given their relative simplicity compared to the brand’s typical product names. A single image of the power bank shows that it has a similar appearance to the Anker MagGo Power Bank (10K, Slim) (curr. $79.86 at Amazon), also known as model A1665. It appears to have a thin body, with a metal frame around the edge.

According to the WPC listing for the new Anker MagGo Power Bank (10K), it will offer a Qi 2.1 certified wireless charging pad, powering a compatible device at up to 15W. Compared to the older Qi 2.0, the newer technology offers improved magnetic performance, which should enhance device alignment, reduce heat generation and enhance power transfer efficiency.

It is unclear when the new Anker A1113 MagGo Power Bank (10K) could be released and at what price.
