Another day, another piece of news on UMIDIGI's newly released flagships, the Z1 and Z1 pro. This time, we have a few more images of both devices to take a look at. And we get a few camera samples too. Joy!
For those not in the know, the Z1 and Z1 Pro are identical devices with the only differences lying in their display technologies and a minute variance in thickness. The Z1 Pro uses an AMOLED display, while the Z1 features an LCD screen. The Z1 Pro is 6.95mm thick, too, which is a bit thinner than the 8.2mm on the Z1.
Both devices sport a 5.5" FHD display, 6GB of RAM, 64GB of storage, dual rear cameras (13MP+5MP), a front-mounted fingerprint reader, and a 4000mAh battery. They are also powered by MediaTek's Helio P20, which isn't anywhere near as powerful as we'd have liked but does offer some impressive power efficiency.
While the build and design of these devices are nothing to sneeze at, we were much less impressed by the camera samples we came across.
