Although Micromax has recently been left without a CEO, the company moves on by launching a new 4G tablet for budget-conscious users, namely the Canvas Tab P702. This Android-driven slate looks good and offers more than enough for its low price.

Micromax Canvas Tab P702 has the following highlights:

  • Processor: 1.3 GHz quad-core MediaTek SoC (model not mentioned)
  • Memory/Storage: 2 GB RAM; 16 GB internal storage and microSD support up to 32 GB
  • Display: 7-inch IPS multitouch with 1,280X720 pixels
  • Cameras: 2 MP front, 5 MP with autofocus and LED flash on the back
  • Connectivity: 4G, dual-SIM, WiFi, Bluetooth, micro USB
  • Operating system: Android 5.1 Lollipop
  • Battery: 3000 mAh
  • Colors: bold black, classy white

This affordable 4G slate also features DTS sound with dual speakers and comes bundled with headphones, OTG cable, and 7 Kindle books. It is currently available in India via Snapdeal for 6% off, roughly $118 USD, while its full retail price is currently around $126 USD.
