Mageia 10 RC1 comes with new artwork, screensavers, and package updates

Although still in an unstable stage, Mageia 10 RC1 is now available in no fewer than three ISO files, namely the full ISO, which is 5.6 GB in size, as well as Plasma, GNOME, and Xfce live images. For these three flavors, the approximate ISO sizes are 5.1 GB, 4.8 GB, and 4.5 GB. Since the stable Mageia 10 is still ahead, those who are willing to give this build a try should check out the Mageia 10 Errata first.
The Mageia 10 RC1 release works pretty well, using up about 1.2 GB of memory, and, in the short period that we spent taking it for a spin, it worked like a charm. According to the official blog post about it, this release includes new artwork and a long list of updated apps and packages, such as:
