MSI wants you to Photoshop its mascot for a chance to win prizes

Riding on the heels of the upcoming Venom movie, MSI will be running a promotion until the end of this month where select purchases can be eligible for a free Venom mouse pad and water bottle. Qualifying products include the Optix MPG or MAG monitor, an Aegis, Infinite, or Trident 3 desktop PC, and the B450 Tomahawk motherboard. Users must register their new purchases with MSI online before being approved for the Venom gift items.

Aside from the above, the manufacturer will also be running a separate contest where users are encouraged to Photoshop the MSI mascot Lucky succumbing to the Venom Symbiote. The most creative submissions uploaded to Twitter or Instagram can win prizes such as the aforementioned Trident 3 mini PC, 27-inch Optix MPG gaming monitor, or a B450 motherboard.

Cross promotions between gaming OEMs and blockbuster movies don't happen all too often. Dell ran a promotion with Ant-Man and the Wasp earlier this year with select G Series gaming laptops, but MSI is certainly going the extra mile to encourage more creativity from its fans. Perhaps disappointingly, no MSI laptops are included in any of these contests.
