Model: The MSI GE72 7RD (Apache) -085XES is a gaming notebook with Intel Core i7 processor, 16 GB RAM, 1 TB HDD + 256 GB SSD and an Nvidia GTX1050 graphics processor. The laptop comes with a large 17.3-inch Full HD panel that stands out for its native resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels that will show a wide range of colors close to the 100% sRGB range , while MSI TrueColor technology will offer up to 5 color reproduction modes that will comfortably adapt to user needs whether playing, watching movies or working. With the functionality Matrix Display, a user can connect the laptop with two external monitors simultaneously using HDMI 1.4 and Mini DisplayPort 1.2 connections to 4K Ultra HD resolutions at a rate of 30 fps. The Apache GE72 7RD-085XES MSI also features a hybrid storage consisting of a 1 TB HDD and a 256 GB SSD which, on the one hand, will give plenty of space to store the largest variety of content. On the other hand, a read-write speed up to 5 times greater than 2200 MB/s will improve the laptop‘s performance considerably. Heat is one of the original elements of the earth. The exclusive Cooler Boost 4 technology creates two internal thermal modules for independent CPU and GPU cooling. This design places dedicated heat pipes and up to 7 active heat pipes that draw heat out of the system. It's a high-end design so that cooling is never a problem.
One of the connectivity options of the MSI Apache GE72 7RD-085XES which has caught attention is its USB 3.1 Type-C reversible input that offers transfer speeds of up to 10 Gbps through the technology SuperSpeed+ that accompanies it. It also integrates USB 3.0, USB 2.0, an SD card reader, a microphone and a HD webcam for live streaming of video games, as well as the DVD Super Multi optical drive to play content in this format. As a gaming laptop, the MSI GE72 7RD certainly does a very good job. Its price is also slightly lower than its rivals from Alienware and Asus.

NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1050 Mobile: Mainstream graphics card based on Nvidia's Pascal architecture and successor to the GeForce GTX 960M. Is manufactured in a 14nm process at Samsung and the technical specifications are very similar to the desktop version.
Modern games should be playable with these graphics cards at low settings and resolutions. Casual gamers may be happy with these cards.
