Logitech Flow allows you to use one mouse with up to 3 PCs simultaneously
Today Logitech unveiled two new mice, the MX Master 2S and MX Anywhere 2S. While both mice offer solid improvements on their already capable predecessors in terms of sensitivity and battery life, the real new feature is compatibility with Logitech's new "Flow" software. Flow, an add-on to the Logitech Options software suite, allows the user to use one mouse across up to three PCs as if they were attached as external monitors.
According to Logitech's press release, their analysis of the market revealed that more and more users have multiple devices, and many use both devices at once. In response to this, Logitech developed Flow, which not only allows users to move a mouse between different devices like Synergy already does, but enabled copying and pasting of files, text, and images between devices. Of course, the software requires a compatible mouse (the MX Master 2S and MX Anywhere 2S are both Flow-compatible, as are the cheaper M585 and M590) and all the computers to be connected to the same wireless network.
If you have a compatible mouse and are interested in trying it out, you can get the Logitech Options software from their site here.
