Deal | Lenovo's tiny Mac mini rival with Intel Panther Lake and 16 GB RAM gets a $320 discount

The Lenovo Yoga Mini was announced at CES 2026 as a 0.65L mini PC with a choice of Intel Panther Lake processors. It started going on sale around March before launching in the US through Best Buy and, more recently, Lenovo's own store. Now, Best Buy has discounted the base model with the Intel Core Ultra 5 325, 16 GB of LPDDR5X-8533 RAM, and a 512 GB PCIe Gen 4 SSD.

Previously $999.99, the base Lenovo Yoga Mini is currently available for $679.99 after a $320 discount. That makes it even more affordable than the HP OmniDesk Mini PC, which recently launched with similar specs for $1,089.99.

The Intel Core Ultra 5 325 is a mid-range 8-core processor from the Panther Lake (Core Ultra Series 3) family. It offers clock speeds of up to 4.5 GHz, a built-in NPU rated at 50 TOPS, and a low TDP of 15 W. According to our benchmarks, its performance is roughly on par with the Intel Core Ultra 7 165H and just behind the AMD Ryzen AI 5 Pro 340. However, users looking for the powerful Arc B390 iGPU should step up to the $1,869.99 Core Ultra X7 358H model.

That said, the Yoga Mini offers a compact alternative to the Mac mini for Windows users, with useful extras like a fingerprint scanner, RGB underglow, and built-in microphones. There are plenty of ports as well, including two Thunderbolt 4 ports, two full-function USB-C Gen 2 ports, USB-A, and HDMI 2.1. All of this fits into a 0.65L cylindrical chassis that measures 5.12 x 5.12 x 1.91 inches.
