Lenovo has now launched its latest lineup of laptops in China. The Lenovo Xiaoxin SE 2025 series makes its debut as what appears to be a entry-range lineup of notebooks intended for the Chinese market only, although there's a chance some models are released globally with different badging.
The new Xiaoxin SE 2025 series offers effectively six different laptops, split into three model sizes, with each size being available with an AMD or Intel CPU. There's a 14-inch model, a 15.3-inch one, and a 16-incher. All three of those can be had with either Intel's Core i5-13420H or AMD's Ryzen 7 8745HS beneath the hood.
All laptops in the lineup come equipped with 1920×1200 IPS displays, 50 Wh batteries, and keyboards with 1.3 mm travel distance. The two larger models feature a numeric keyboard as well. Other specs of the Xiaoxin SE 2025 lineup include 16 GB of non-soldered RAM, a 512 GB SSD with a slot for an additional M.2 SSD (buy the Samsung 990 Evo Plus 1TB SSD on Amazon). Available ports include a HDMI port, one 3.5mm jack, a charging port, one USB-A 3.2 Gen 1 port on each side, and a Type C port with full functionality.
All three models are 16.9 mm thick. The 14-inch model weighs 1.39 KG; the 15.3-inch 1.59 KG; and the 16-inch unit 1.68 KG. Pricing information is as follows:
