Lenovo started teasing its upcoming gaming smartphone, the Legion Y90, last month. While some specs of the phone have been revealed over the past few weeks, a new leak has now provided thorough insight into the Lenovo Legion Y90's specs ahead of launch.
According to the source, the Legion Y90 will sport a 6.9-inch 144 Hz E4 AMOLED, with a 720 Hz touch sampling rate. That makes it one of the most impressive displays on a gaming phone yet, at least on paper. Under the hood will be a Snapdragon 8 Gen 1, with "dual-fan liquid cooling" to tame the Qualcomm chipset. Interestingly, the Legion Y90 is said to offer 18 GB of LPDDR5 RAM, as well as 640 GB of storage. We're not sure how the latter splits between inbuilt and expandable storage, though.
Other leaked specifications of the Lenovo Legion Y90 include a 5600 mAh battery, 68 W charging, Dual X-Axis linear motor, Dolby Atmos stereo speakers, and 2x2 shoulder keys. It's currently unknown when Lenovo will debut the gaming phone along with its sibling, the Y700 tablet, but we'll be sure to keep you updated on that.
