Deal | Lenovo Legion Pro 5 16-inch gaming laptop with 240Hz QHD display marked down by 42%

In addition to the gaming-capable ThinkPad T1g, Lenovo has introduced another discount for a proper gaming laptop that should be a more suitable choice for users who are mostly looking to enjoy their favorite titles and don't need to work on their new 16-inch machine.
That group of buyers should now take a closer look at the Legion Pro 5i Gen 10, which is powered by an Intel Core i7-14650HX with 16GB DDR5 memory and an Nvidia GeForce RTX 5060 with 8GB GDDR7 VRAM. In combination with a 1TB SSD and the good-looking QHD IPS panel with 2560 x 1600 pixels, 240Hz refresh rate and 500 nits of brightness, Lenovo's gaming laptop can now be ordered for just $1,062 directly from the manufacturer. This deal offers savings of 42% or $773. Make sure to use the coupon "EXTRASAVEAFF" in case it's not automatically applied in the cart.
Despite the Pro moniker in the name, this specific configuration of the Legion Pro 5 is more of a mid-range gaming notebook, which means that gamers will have to use DLSS to upscale demanding games to the laptop's native QHD resolution. For more impressions, please refer to our in-depth review of the Legion Pro 5i 16 but note that our test unit was a very different configuration.
Nonetheless, this variant also sports the sleek chassis with a solid metal lid that our review praises, and the same applies to the decent 5MP webcam and RGB keyboard with 24 zones. Gamers should also be aware that the notebook doesn't have Thunderbolt, attracts fingerprints like a magnet and doesn't perform well when not connected to a power outlet. Still, the Lenovo Legion Pro 5 should be a notable option for buyers who can spend around $1,000 on a new laptop.
