Best Buy is currently offering the 10.1-inch Lenovo Chromebook Duet tablet with detachable keyboard cover for $100 USD off the original launch price. This particular model first became available early last year running on the MediaTek Helio P60T SoC.
During our time with a review unit, we found its display to be relatively bright at almost 400 nits compared to only 280 nits on the Lenovo Yoga Chromebook C630. Battery life would also be quite long at over 12 hours of real-world WLAN use.
Many of the drawbacks are unfortunately noticeable. The UI, for example, stutters frequently due to the underpowered MediaTek SoC and any external monitors will be limited to a maximum native resolution of only 1280 x 720. It's an inexpensive $200 Chromebook, after all.
