Leak: Nintendo Switch bundles to start at just €179 for Black Friday

After details of a first Black Friday bundle for the Nintendo Switch 2 ($499 on Amazon) leaked on Thursday, the highly reliable leaker @billbil_kun has now revealed details of a deal for the first-generation Nintendo Switch on Dealabs.
According to the report, the new bundle with Mario Kart 8 Deluxe on a game cartridge, which was introduced in September for €199, will be offered for just €179 ($199) on Black Friday. This deal is expected to be available at several retailers in France. While the exact price for other EU countries has not yet been confirmed, promotions like these are usually available in multiple regions. One retailer is reportedly set to launch this promotion as early as November 17, so it should not be long before Nintendo officially confirms this year's Black Friday deals for Switch consoles.
The first-generation Nintendo Switch will already be ten years old next March. With a modified Nvidia Tegra X1 ARM chip, 4 GB of RAM, 32 GB of flash storage and a 6.2-inch 720p display, the hardware is showing its age and is hardly suitable for more modern AAA games. However, especially during the DRAM crisis, which has made some gaming hardware prohibitively expensive over recent months, deals like these offer an opportunity to catch up on slightly older games. The Nintendo Switch catalog includes numerous Nintendo blockbusters, from The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild to Animal Crossing: New Horizons and Super Mario Odyssey, as well as the entire Xenoblade series.
