Leak: Motorola Edge 50 Neo will supposedly come in two storage variants and in several color options

Leaker Sudhanshu Ambhore has commented on the Motorola Edge 50 Neo. As is always the case with such leaks, the information is still unverified, so it should be treated with caution. However, the information is neither surprising nor completely unrealistic. The leaker only provides limited technical details about the new smartphone: it is to be launched in two variants, namely one with 8 GB of RAM and 256 GB of internal storage and the other with 12 GB of RAM and 512 GB of storage. Information on pricing is still lacking.

However, there is already some information about the color options. The Motorola Edge 50 Neo will be available in four colors, namely Gray, Blue, Poinciana and Milk. Some of the colors may have Pantone certification, as the collaboration between Motorola and Pantone is nothing new.

It is quite likely that Motorola will not stray very far from the fundamental concept of the Edge 40 Neo in creating the new Edge 50 Neo. The Edge 40 Neo, which we have also reviewed, is a slightly slimmed-down version of the Edge 40. With the MediaTek Dimensity 7030, the Edge 40 Neo has a SoC with lower performance, although this does not necessarily translate to any noticeable limitations in everyday use.
