LG G Pad 8.3 is expected to get a successor and, if the latest leak that reveals its hardware specs turns out to be true, the LG G Pad 2 will surely live up to its predecessor. The LG G Pad 2 is expected to have the same screen size as the G Pad 8.3, but will improve all the other specs and will ship loaded with Android 5.1.1 Lollipop.
The alleged technical specs of the LG G Pad 2 include a Qualcomm Snapdragon 805 SoC with Adreno 420 graphics, next to 3 GB RAM and 32 GB internal storage. The multitouch screen is expected to offer 1,920X1,080 pixels while the two cameras would provide 5 MP and 8 MP. Next to the above, the usual WiFi-Bluetooth-GPS trio must be present as well.
None of these has been confirmed by LG yet, but it seems like the official launch will take place in October, so stay tuned. We will surely hear more rumors until then, anyway.

In my early school days, I hated writing and having to make up stories. A decade later, I started to enjoy it. Since then, I published a few offline articles and then I moved to the online space, where I contributed to major websites that are still present online as of 2021 such as Softpedia, Brothersoft, Download3000, but I also wrote for multiple blogs that have disappeared over the years. I've been riding with the Notebookcheck crew since 2013 and I am not planning to leave it anytime soon. In love with good mechanical keyboards, vinyl and tape sound, but also smartphones, streaming services, and digital art.
