Just yesterday we showed you pictures and gave you detailed information about the Mate 9, thanks to two recent leaks that unveiled almost everything about the successor to last year's Mate 8 phablet. Now, Huawei invited us to join them on November 3rd of this year for a special press conference in Munich, Germany. The invitation does not specify any details about which products Huawei will be launching on that day, it is however promising "innovative products and new technologies" to be unveiled on that date.
We are pretty sure, that Huawei will be launching the Mate 9 during that event, especially since Richard Yu, CEO of the chinese company will be present personally, so no doubt Huawei is preparing for a big event. The Mate 9 is said to not only be the first device to be integrating Huawei's next generation processor, the Kirin 960, it is also said to be the first to quickly charge using Huawei's proprietary new fast charging technology SuperCharge. According to yesterday's leak, the Mate 9 will be available in three versions from 4 GB to 6 GB of RAM and from 64 GB to 256 GB of storage. There will also be six different color versions to choose from.
