Reviews for the Honor 7X

100% Honor 7X Review: The most gorgeous mid-range mobile?
Source: Recombu English
Unfortunately we can’t actually reveal the UK asking price of the Honor 7X as we post this review, as costing info is all under embargo until the official launch on December 5th. However, what we can say is that this sleek and sexy handset offers very strong value for money. You get a feature-packed dual lens camera, attractive full-sized screen and a solid overall user experience, for less cash than a lot of other mid-range mobiles.

Honor 7X review: Hands-on
Source: PC Advisor English
Honor does pretty much everything right with the 7X. It looks like a much more expensive phone than it is (price is still to be confirmed though), has a headphone jack and offers a choice of dual-SIM or expandable memory.

Honor 7X hands-on

The Honor 7X might have some strange design quirks, but on the whole it looks to be a decent smartphone with a very nice display for the price.

Honor 7X hands-on review
Source: GSM Arena English
Our first impressions are overwhelmingly positive - the Honor 7X is shaping up as a solid midrange device. We can't wait to see what sort of a price it would get outside of China because its starting price of USD200 there is quite tempting.

ARM Mali-T830 MP2: Integrated graphics card for smartphones and tablets with two clusters (MP2) supporting OpenGL ES 3.2. Only some 3D games with very low demands are playable with these cards. » Further information can be found in our Comparison of Mobile Graphics Cards and the corresponding Benchmark List.
Kirin 659: ARM-based octa-core SoC (4x Cortex-A53 max. 2.36 GHz, 4x Cortex-A53 max 1.7 GHz) with an integrated LTE modem and a ARM Mali-T830 MP2. In our benchmarks around 4% faster as the older Kirin 658.» Further information can be found in our Comparison of Mobile Processsors.
5.93":

This display is quite big for a smartphone but frequently used for smartphones.

Large display-sizes allow higher resolutions. So, details like letters are bigger. On the other hand, the power consumption is lower with small screen diagonals and the devices are smaller, more lightweight and cheaper.

» To find out how fine a display is, see our DPI List.
0.165 kg:

Only few smartphones are more lightweight than this.

Honor:

In 2014 Huawei created the sub brand Honor and offers certain smartphone series under this name. Occasionally the products are also called Huawei Honor.

The market share of Honor products is manageable, but there are several reviews on Honor smartphones with average ratings (as of 2016).

75.75%: This rating is not convincing. The laptop is evaluated below average, this is not really a recommendation for purchase.
