Honor 200 series set to debut in India on July 18
After much speculation and teasers, HTech has officially confirmed the launch of the Honor 200 Pro and Honor 200 in India on July 18th. An attached link leads to a landing page on Amazon, confirming it will be Honor's e-commerce platform choice.
Technically speaking, the Honor 200 will feature a large 6.7-inch floating curved OLED display with a 1.5K resolution, and a 120Hz refresh rate. Meanwhile, the Honor 200 Pro will feature a bigger 6.78-inch quad-curved 1.5K 120Hz OLED display. Under the hood, both devices are fitted out with top-of-the-line processors in the form of Snapdragon 7 Gen 3 for the Honor 200 and Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 SoC for the Honor 200 Pro.
Coming to photography, the Honor 200 Pro and Honor 200 will sport a 50MP main camera, a 12MP ultra-wide-angle macro camera, and a 50MP 2.5x telephoto portrait camera. Furthermore, the vanilla model features a single 50MP front camera. On the other hand, the Pro version uses an additional 3D depth camera.
Honor 200 series will come with a 5200mAh silicon-carbon battery. The Honor 200 Pro takes this even further with 100W Wired Honor SuperCharge and 66W Wireless Honor SuperCharge technology, allowing you to get your phone fully charged within just 41 minutes.
Finally, the Honor 200 series will be the firm's first smartphone to ship with the latest MagicOS 8.0 based on Android 14 out of the box.
