Reviews for the HP EliteBook 840 G10, i7-1360P
Source: Laptop Media

If you need a capable business device and money isn’t a problem, the HP EliteBook 840 G10 should be on your shortlist. This machine offers a solid all-metal chassis, comfortable input devices, and a capable cooling solution with a near-quiet fan. Our laptop is configured with the optional Core i7-1360P. This 28W 12-core CPU is well-cooled here. Even in long CPU loads, the max temperature is 69°C which is good, especially when you add the low noise in the mix. The fan can be turned off completely if you deselect the “Fan always on while on AC Power” option in the BIOS. The upgradability is decent. You get two SODIMMs, one M.2 slot for Gen 4 SSDs, and a WWAN slot for LTE or 5G connectivity. The I/O is very nice for a 14-incher (two Thunderbolt 4 ports + two Type-As).

Intel Iris Xe G7 96EUs: Integrated graphics card in Intel Tiger Lake G4 SoCs based on the new Gen. 12 architecture with 96 EUs (Execution Units / Shader Cluster). The clock rate depends on the processor model. The Tiger Lake chips are produced in the modern 10nm+ process at Intel.
Modern games should be playable with these graphics cards at low settings and resolutions. Casual gamers may be happy with these cards.
