Google Pixelbook Go now shipping in 'Not Pink' three months after launch
Google’s Pixelbook Go has been on the market for around three months now, but it has only been available in ‘Just Black.’ If you have been waiting patiently for the ‘Not Pink’ variant, it is now finally shipping to customers in three model variants.
The Google’ Pixelbook Go has been generally well-received although some have balked at its relatively high pricing for a Chromebook. Nonetheless, it is a well-designed device that is both compact and particularly lightweight at just over 2 pounds. Originally launched in two colors, it has been shipping for the past three months in only the ‘Just Black’ option. Happily, the ‘Not Pink’ model is now also shipping to customers in three configurations.
As with the ‘Just Black’ model, customers can get their hands on a ‘Not Pink’ Pixelbook Go from US$849 fitted with an eighth gen Intel Core i5, 8 GB of RAM and 128 GB of storage. Forking out US$999 will nab you an additional 8 GB of RAM for a total of 16 GB. Lashing out for the top-of-the line Core i7 model with 16 GB of RAM, 256 GB of storage and a 4K display will set you back US$1,399.
For reasons unknown at the time of writing, you can’t yet purchase an entry-level Core m3 model with 8 GB of RAM and 64 GB of storage in ‘Not Pink’. That is still a reasonable choice, particularly for students so it will continue to be a pain point for anyone holding out for that particular variant.

I have been writing about consumer technology over the past ten years, previously with the former MacNN and Electronista, and now Notebookcheck since 2017. My first computer was an Apple ][c and this sparked a passion for Apple, but also technology in general. In the past decade, I’ve become increasingly platform agnostic and love to get my hands on and explore as much technology as I can get my hand on. Whether it is Windows, Mac, iOS, Android, Linux, Nintendo, Xbox, or PlayStation, each has plenty to offer and has given me great joy exploring them all. I was drawn to writing about tech because I love learning about the latest devices and also sharing whatever insights my experience can bring to the site and its readership.
