Best Buy is currently holding a sale on the 15.6-inch Dell G7 7500 gaming laptop for $350 USD off its original launch price. The configuration is notable for being one of the few gaming laptops to include a 4K OLED option as most other systems only carry IPS panels instead. The laptop directly succeeds last year's Dell G7 7590.

The 400-nit OLED display on the Dell is brighter than most other gaming laptops which typically average 300 nits. Color coverage is also greater at full DCI-P3 coverage compared to sRGB on a standard IPS alternative. The main drawback to the OLED panel is its 60 Hz refresh rate as 120 Hz or greater has become commonplace on the latest gaming laptops.

Other than the standout OLED panel, the laptop carries respectable specifications including a 10th gen Core i7-10750H CPU, GeForce RTX 2070 Max-Q GPU, 16 GB of RAM, Thunderbolt 3 support, and a 1 TB NVMe SSD. It's not the best-looking laptop, however, as the Dell G7 is a mid-range product below the higher-end Alienware models.

Notebookcheck has yet to review the Dell G7 7500 and so we can't personally comment on any of its specific features or disadvantages.
