Garmin CIRQA leaks with three sensors and Health Status on official Garmin website

Shortly after Garmin had registered the CIRQA brand name in Europe and Canada, Garmin Rumors discovered CIRQA on an official Garmin support website. For a brief moment, Garmin CIRQA was listed among the products that support Garmin Health Status.
Although Garmin quickly removed the entry, this confirms that Garmin CIRQA supports Health Status. This is Garmin’s more or less official confirmation that the wristband features a heart rate and SpO2 sensor as well as a skin temperature sensor, since this data is analyzed by Health Status alongside heart rate variability and respiratory rate, to detect changes in sleep quality over an extended period. This sensor configuration is not yet standard in this market segment. For example, the Polar Loop offers neither an SpO2 nor a skin temperature sensor, whereas the Fitbit Air ($99 on Amazon) offers both sensors.
Earlier rumors also suggest that Garmin CIRQA offers an EDA sensor for more precise stress tracking, but it lacks a built-in GPS module, meaning you’ll need to bring a smartphone along if you want to track the distance covered while running or cycling. It is not yet known when or at what price the Garmin CIRQA will be released, but the increasing number of leaks about the fitness and health wristband suggest that it won’t be too long before its launch.
