GameSir has announced two new variants of its G7 Pro controller for Xbox consoles. While not stated, the inspiration behind the design of the controllers, as well as the launch date, is clearly tied to GTA VI.

Back in September, Sony's PlayStation announced two Grand Theft Auto VI limited-edition DualSense wireless controllers. Xbox, on the other hand, didn't announce any special edition controller based on the highly-anticipated game. This didn't come as a surprise, as unlike Rockstar and Sony that have a promotional and marketing partnership, no such partnership exists between the game studio and Xbox, even though GTA VI will be available on Xbox consoles on launch day.

The GameSir G7 Pro Sunset Boulevard Edition and G7 Pro Ocean Breeze Edition work with Xbox consoles.

Nevertheless, if you own an Xbox and want a “Grand Theft Auto VI-themed” controller, GameSir has got you covered. The gaming brand has announced two new controllers that are clearly inspired by GTA VI, even though there's no collaboration between both brands.

The new controllers are the G7 Pro Sunset Boulevard Edition and the G7 Pro Ocean Breeze Edition, and they are compatible with Xbox consoles (wired only), PC, and Android. The two controllers are quite colorful, but a common design theme on both is that they are adorned with palm trees, just like the two GTA VI limited-edition DualSense controllers (available to pre-order on Amazon for $84).

The GameSir G7 Pro Sunset Boulevard Edition has a gradient finish that is a mix of colors. It has cobalt blue thumbsticks, sunset orange ABXY action buttons, a cobalt blue back, dark pink back grips, blue shoulder buttons, and translucent pink triggers and bumper buttons.

The GameSir G7 Pro Ocean Breeze Edition is pink with gray thumbstick caps, pink ABXY buttons, a light pink underside, and pink grips. It also has translucent pink triggers and bumpers, and solid pink shoulder buttons. Both controllers come with matching braided cables, extra D-pads, and a charging dock.

The two GameSir controllers come with 1 month of Xbox Game Pass Ultimate.

GameSir has begun accepting pre-orders for the G7 Pro Sunset Boulevard Edition and G7 Pro Ocean Breeze Edition controllers. Both controllers cost $89.99 and come with a 1-month subscription for Xbox Game Pass Ultimate. According to GameSir, shipping will begin in November, but it remains to be seen if they will ship before GTA VI's November 19 release date.
