GTA 6 game size revealed, as pre-load commences in just over two weeks

With only three weeks left till GTA 6 becomes available to the public, new information has surfaced that might surprise some players. We know that it is going to be a massive game, and that translates to the download size as well as new information suggests over 200 GB of storage space.
PlayStation Game Size, the X account that has been consistently sharing game sizes prior to release, has done the same for GTA 6. On PS5, the game will be 210 GB! That’s a fourth of the available storage on a standard PS5. Players will be able to pre-load from November 12 and jump in-game on November 19. Looks like gamers will have to do some organizing to make space for GTA 6. A similar game size can be expected for the Xbox Series consoles.
PS5 Pro owners should be more comfortable with this much space, as the console packs a 2TB internal drive.
Interestingly, infamous leaker CyberLeek had claimed a 200+ GB size for the playable build that he/they had access to. Since then, it was expected that the game would be huge on consoles, and it looks like CyberLeek was right. At one point, the hacker did threaten to release the full build but later decided otherwise.
