Deal | Galaxy S25 Edge: Samsung's slimmest flagship is at its lowest price since launch

A few months after unveiling the Galaxy S25 series, Samsung announced the Galaxy S25 Edge, the slimmest smartphone the company has ever made. Moving forward, the Edge model will become a staple in the series, replacing the Plus model. Even though it comes with a few compromises, the form factor is what’s attracting the public as the phone has reportedly crossed one-million-unit sales. Fortunately, the discounted price on Amazon makes the phone more appealing.

Samsung Galaxy S25 Edge features and specifications

Starting with the design and form factor, the Galaxy S25 Edge measures just 5.8 mm and weighs 163 grams, making it the slimmest Samsung phone and one of the slimmest phones in the world. It features a 6.7-inch, 3120x1440 resolution, and an LTPO display with up to 120 Hz refresh rate. The phone is powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite SoC, 12 GB of RAM, and up to 512 GB of storage.

There is a dual-camera setup at the back that includes a 200 MP primary shooter and a 12 MP ultrawide shooter. At the front is another 12 MP camera within the central cutout. The battery is one of the compromises that come with this form factor. It is backed by a 3,900 mAh battery that supports 25W wired charging and 15W Qi2 ready wireless charging.

In our review of the Galaxy S25 Edge, we found that it has a bright display, a good camera, and also good battery life, despite the smaller size. Of course, the seven-year update path is a plus as well. However, the lack of a telephoto lens and slower charging speed put it behind some of the other phones at this price point.
