GMKtec has finally launched the Evo-T2 mini PC, powered by the impressive Intel Core Ultra X7 and Core Ultra X9 "Panther Lake" CPUs. The chips boast powerful Arc B390 iGPUs, allowing for admirable graphics performance in a tiny system.

GMKtec has officially launched the new Evo-T2 mini PC, powered by a high-end Intel Panther Lake CPU with an extremely capable iGPU. For now, only a Core Ultra X7-powered variant is available, with the promised Core Ultra X9-equipped system likely arriving later.

The Intel Core Ultra X7 358H is an impressive processor, featuring a 16-core, 16-thread setup consisting of four P-cores, eight E-cores, and four more LP E-cores. In raw synthetic benchmarks, the CPU is evenly matched with the Apple M5 and AMD Ryzen AI 9 HX 370 "Strix Point" APU found in many other mini PCs, such as the Minsiforum AI X1 Pro (currently $1,180 on Amazon).

The Arc B390 iGPU is undoubtedly the star of the show, promising twice the raw performance of the Radeon 890M iGPU. Modern AAA gaming at 1080p is perfectly doable, considering that one is willing to deal with modest visual settings. The Evo-T2 mini PC will be equipped with a vapor chamber cooling setup, which will definitely play a major role in determining real-world performance.

As we already know, the mini PC will be available with up to 128 GB of LPDDR5X RAM, and 16 TB of storage courtesy of dual M.2 slots (PCIe 4.0 and PCIe 5.0). The I/O on offer is quite attractive as well, featuring OCuLink, USB4, dual Ethernet (2.5G, 10G), as well as a bunch of USB Type-A ports.

The Evo-T2 mini PC with the Core Ultra X7 358H CPU, 1 TB storage, and 64 GB RAM is priced at a whopping 14,999 Yuan in China, which is roughly equivalent to $2,175. For the first 100 units, customers will get a 5,000 Yuan discount.

GMKtec brings a lot of its products to the international market, and the Evo-T2 gaming mini PC is no exception. Interested customers can pre-order this mini PC on GMKtec's official website starting 30th March, although international pricing details have not been shared as of this writing.

Pre-orders for the GMKtec Evo-T2 gaming mini PC will open later this month.
