The Epic Games Store is now updating its free mobile game giveaway weekly, having initially adopted a monthly approach on Android and iOS. For the last week, the storefront has been giving away Doodle Kingdom: Medieval in a cross-platform deal worth $4.98. With this deal having now run out, the storefront has turned to a title that it has previously offered for free on PC.
Aligning with a pre-launch leak, Epic Games has now decided to drop Bridge Constructor: The Walking Dead to $0.00 across Android and iOS in a deal worth $3.98. For reference, the game scores 3.7/5 and 4.7/5 stars on the Google Play and Apple App stores, respectively. Incidentally, Bridge Constructor: The Walking Dead has been joined by Idle Champions of the Forgotten Realms, a free-to-play title that Epic Games has also provided as part of its PC free game giveaway this week to replace Cat Quest II (curr. $34 on Amazon).
It is worth stressing that the Epic Games Store must be sideloaded on Android and iOS, it cannot be downloaded through conventional app stores. Please see Epic Games' dedicated support articles for more information in this regard. This week's mobile giveaway will last until April 17 at around 16:00 UTC; Epic Games tends to update its mobile free program shortly after this time, though. Please see the company's website for more details or its instant checkout page for redeeming Epic Games' new deal on Android and iOS simultaneously. Please note that you must be logged into an Epic Games account for this redemption method to work.
