ESR presents Cyber Tough new cases for the iPhone 17 series
ESR is keeping step with Spigen in releasing its line-up of iPhone 17-series cases, a new version of the Classic Hybrid Magnetic Case in clear or frosted variants, ready to help the user emphasize their 17 Pro or Pro Max upgrade by putting their new Apple logo position on constant display.
Alternatively, ESR's latest Cyber Tough Magnetic Case comes in potentially complementary Orange and Navy Blue as well as Pink, Gray, Black and a final shade that all but revives the option of Alpine Green among Apple's latest Pro-grade iPhones.
ESR asserts that the case earns its Cyber Tough name as it is rated for "7x military-standard drop protection", as opposed to 3x in the Classic Hybrid.
That does imply a potential disadvantage in the former: it might add some considerable bulk to devices already 8.8mm in depth, especially with their new Camera Guard (which doubles as a handy hinged kickstand) of no less than 2.4mm in thickness, not to mention a lip around the screen of 1.2mm in height.
All of ESR's iPhone 17-series cases boast the OEM's "super-strong" magnets rated to provide approximately 2x the performance of "most" other MagSafe-enabled cases out there. They also have an integrated Camera Control cover and reinforced corners.
The Classic Hybrid Magnetic Case is just 1.5mm by comparison. It has been released to Amazon at $24.99, while the Cyber Tough Magnetic Case starts from $29.99, thanks to limited-time introductory 25% discounts.
Finally, ESR has also served iPhone Air fans with clear or frosted cases currently ranging from $26.99 to $32.99 in price, along with Cyber Tough Magnetic Cases in black, green or navy blue.
