EQR7: Beelink launches new affordable mini PC with built-in PSU and silent cooling

There's a new mini PC in Beelink's portfolio, the EQR7. Designed to offer quiet operation, it can be equipped with up to the Ryzen 7 7735U, which resides in the Rembrandt-U Refresh lineup. This AMD APU also comes with the Radeon 680M iGPU, which is still capable of offering decent gaming performance with the visual settings turned low and at the 1080p resolution.

Beelink's new system has another configuration, and it comes with the Ryzen 5 7535U. This AMD APU brings the lower-end Radeon 660M, which comes with six RDNA 2 CUs, so this iGPU can also handle light to moderate gaming at the 1080p resolution.

However, Beelink highlights that the EQR7 mostly stands as an office mini PC. Both configurations of the system are paired with 24 GB of LPDDR5 RAM, and they feature two PCIe 4.0 M.2 slots that can hold a 4 TB SSD each (4 TB Samsung 990 EVO Plus curr. $245 on Amazon). That means the total storage can go up to 8 TB.

The Beelink EQR7 also sports a decent port configuration. More specifically, the mini PC has the following ports:

• 3x 10 Gbps USB Type-A
• 1x USB 2.0 Type-A
• 2x HJDMI
• 2x Gigabit LAN
• 1x 3.5 mm audio jack

For wireless connectivity, this affordable Beelink mini PC features WiFi 6 and Bluetooth 5.2. Among the other highlights of the EQR7 are a silent 32 dB cooling setup and a built-in 85 W PSU. The starting price in China is CNY 1,999, about $280, while the Ryzen 7 config costs CNY 2,399, around $335. Beelink has yet to share global pricing and availability details, but it's known for bringing most of its products outside the Chinese market.
