ECOVACS AIRBOT Z1 air purifying robot launches in Europe with AI camera
ECOVACS has unveiled the AIRBOT Z1 in European countries, including France and Germany. The air purifier moves through your home like a robot vacuum, using AI and 3D technologies to move through your home and avoid obstacles. TrueMapping 2.0 is four times more accurate than LDS in detecting smaller items and can sense objects up to 10 m (~33 ft) away.
The gadget comes with a charging dock, plus built air pollutant removal and UV sterilization tools, removing up to 99.9% of bacteria. Optional add-ons include fog-free humidification and air freshener components. An integrated VOC sensor detects air quality and uses real-time PM2.5, temperature and humidity measurements to customize its purification based on the environment. A built-in display provides air quality insights; you can also purchase an air quality monitor to view the information remotely.
You can control the device using OK YIKO voice commands or a smartphone app. The app also allows you to access the gadget’s 960P camera, with six microphones and a speaker enabling two-way communication. Plus, the integrated 7 W dual speaker system allows you to play music throughout your home. You can currently buy the ECOVACS AIRBOT Z1 for €1,499 (~US$). A kit containing the AIRBOT Z1 and an anti-fog humidification module is available for the discounted price of €1,499 (~US$1,458) until October 12, typically retailing for €1,598 (~US$1554).
