Dragon Age franchise promotion on Steam: All three games almost free with a 90 percent discount
The Dragon Age series, developed by BioWare and published by Electronic Arts, is without doubt one of the most popular fantasy RPGs ever. Fans appreciate the richly elaborated fantasy world with a complex story and diverse cultures.
The plot of Dragon Age is set in Thedas - a world characterized by political intrigue, religious conflicts and magical threats. The fight against the Darkspawn plays a central role. This is a horde of monstrous creatures that come from the underworld and try to conquer the surface.
Anyone who has not yet played Dragon Age or would like to shorten the wait for Dragon Age: The Veilguard (previously known as Dragon Age: Dreadwolf), which is expected to be released in 2024 now has the perfect opportunity. Dragon Age: Origins ($3 instead of 30)
In the first part, released in 2009, you play a Grey Warden - a member of an ancient order that protects the world from the Dark Spawn. Players can play as a human, elf or dwarf and choose from three classes: Warrior, Mage and Rogue. The story revolves around the fight against an invasion of the Dark Spawn, led by a dragon called the Archdemon.
Dragon Age II ($3 instead of 30)
In Dragon Age II, which was released in 2011, players take on the role of Hawke, a refugee from Lothering who rises to become the champion of Kirkwall. Players can choose between three classes: Warrior, Mage and Rogue. The story spans a period of ten years and shows Hawke's rise to fame.
Dragon Age: Inquisition ($4 instead of 40)
In the third part, released in 2014, players take on the role of the Inquisitor, who has the task of closing dimensional rifts and preventing demons from entering the world of Thedas. Dragon Age: Inquisition also introduced the Qunari as a playable race.
