Cross-region matchmaking should work again

This arrives during the Reign of the Warlock update cycle

Ladder timing is already set for Season 13

For Ladder players, Blizzard’s Season 13 post confirms Season 12 ended on February 11, 2026, and Season 13 begins on February 20, 2026, with region-specific timings listed in the announcement.
