Dell Inspiron 13 7347
The Dell Inspiron 13 7347 is one of those genuinely good looking notebooks. It looks much more expensive than what its actually priced at. It is covered in a nice silver metal like case, which is actually made from plastic. The plastic casing isn't that bad actually. It feels solid and has a rubbery coating, which offers good grip. At just 19 x 330 x 222 mm, it is definitely well sized too. This is one of the thinnest laptop-tablet hybrid out there.
The 13.3 inch IPS screen has a resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels. It delivers solid contrast and wide viewing angles. A FHD panel is quite a common thing these days, but it is still a candy for the eye when you look at one. Around the laptop, you'l find a HDMI port, two USB 3.0 ports, audio ports, a USB 2.0 port, a memory card reader and a stylus. The keyboard is a simple Chiclet style backlit keyboard with black keys. The trackpad on the other hand is slightly rough and less responsive.
The Dell Inspiron 13 7347 comes with an Intel Core i5-4210 processor, 8 GB of RAM and a 500 GB HDD. All this hardware is powered by a 43 Wh battery, which is slightly less than what other hybrids offer these days. At a very reasonable price, the Dell Inspiron 13 7347 is a perfect choice when it comes to the tablet-laptop hybrid. It looks good and performs well.

Flexible premium consumer. The high-quality, 13.3-inch laptop with a 360-degree hinge and touchscreen provides a convertible feel for around 800 Euros (~$1023). It might be the right device for users who are looking for an alternative to Lenovo's Yoga 2 or simply expect a bit more from their laptop.

There's a lot to like about the Dell Inspiron 13 7000 Series 2-in-1. Its flexible hinge lets you use it as a tablet or a laptop, and you can position the keyboard to act as a tablet stand or a Tent mode support. The IPS display delivers crisp colors and a sharp HD picture, and its touch-screen response is top notch. While a solid performer, however, it can't match the performance and battery life of our Editors' Choice for midrange convertible-hybrid laptops, the 15-inch Toshiba Satellite Radius P55W-B5224.

If you’re looking for something and have a reasonable amount to spend, Dell’s 7000 series Inspiron handles itself well and is spec’d closely to other machines in the $1600-2000 class. That said, we’re curious about its lack of high-grade materials, because with this set of specs and a $1700 price for the model we checked out, Dell is competing against models which aren’t far off the dollar mark and yet include better looking and more solid hinges (Lenovo Yoga 3 Pro) or aluminium as the chassis material (HP Spectre 13, 2015 edition).

At the end of the day, while not without quirks, the Dell Inspiron 13 7000 is a good device and should be on your list if you’re after a 13 inch 2-in-1 convertible and only have about $700 to spend (I’ve also made a list of affordable ultrabooks, in case you’re interested). Anyway, that’s about it for now, those were my impressions of the Dell Inspiron 13 7000 series. A good buy, but with a few quirks that could break it for some of you. Dell Inspiron 13-7359-4822
The Dell Inspiron 13 is a versatile 2-in-1 tablet PC designed for business-use. It is easily convertible from a tablet to full-working laptop with various positions such as tent or stand modes. It is lightweight at 1.7 kg with a thickness of 0.75 inch (1.91 cm). Its 13.3-inch display with optional Full HD resolution supports 10-point multi-touch technology. Performance-wise, its 6th generation Intel Core i5 6200U with Intel HD Graphics 520 make the Inspiron 13 a powerful multi-tasking system. An SSD ensures better responsiveness and energy efficiency compared to conventional hard drives. The touchpad is wide and responsive. Thanks to a nifty stylus, users can easily sketch, take notes or retouch photos on its display. The tablet's interfaces include both USB 2.0 and USB 3.0 ports (one with powershare), an HDMI port, and a memory card slot. Networking is supported by both WiFi and Bluetooth connectivity. Users are also entitled to a free upgrade to the latest version of Windows 10. However, it remains questionable whether its battery life of up to 6 hours would appeal to business users.Specifications

Still, there are a number of issues that we want Dell to address in future Inspiron 2-in-1 devices. For starters, the power button either needs to be moved or made flush with the chassis to prevent accidental shutdown. The screen should either be less glossy or needs a much stronger backlight to prevent the mirror-like reflections from ruining the viewing experience. While the keyboard isn’t the best we’ve used, Dell is going to have a hard time improving the physical typing experience without making the device feel too thick or heavy in tablet mode. Speaking of which, if you’re going to buy a 2-in-1 and use it as a tablet then you’re going to want to have a pen … so we really hope Dell finds a way to integrate built-in pen storage on the next version of the Inspiron 13 series.

The Inspiron 13 7000, if nothing else, brings value and choice to the marketplace. At $750, the hybrid is the best deal for a 13-inch 2-in-1 on the market, offering an SSD, a 1080p display, an infrared camera and USB Type-C. However, the display is dim and its colors are bland, the battery won't last all day, the Inspiron 13 7000 2-in-1 is slightly heavier than the competition, and the keyboard is a bit shallow.

With its stylish design, solid audio and above-average performance, the Dell Inspiron 13 7000 is a solid 2-in-1 option. Unfortunately, it has a slow SSD hard drive, and you can't count on getting strong battery life. For $50 less, you can buy the Acer Aspire R 14, which has 8-plus hours of battery life and equivalent performance to the Inspiron, but a dimmer display.

The Inspiron 7359 is both affordable and appears to be an excellent mobile solution with features inherent to a higher-end device. It has a bit washed out design, which is, of course, pretty subjective but the construction is impeccable. It’s solid as hell but that has also reflected on the weight of the device, which brings us to one of the few drawbacks of this device. As a 13-inch device that aims to be comfortable for use even in tablet mode, the device weighs a bit more than it should and feels a bit tiring at some point. The thickness is also relatively high, although this doesn’t pose as a big problem.

Office acrobat. Dell's Inspiron 13 7000 consumer series has a new member. The most recent convertible in a compact 13-inch size continues the tried casing design and is furnished with the latest Skylake hardware and an SSD. The silver-colored device convinces technically, but its input devices and screen are not completely free of some annoying weaknesses.
Dell Inspiron 13 7370-9665
The Dell Inspiron laptop line has been a longtime favorite for college students, however, this latest rendition might also entice those looking for an affordable Ultrabook. This year’s latest redesign of the 13-inch Dell Inspiron 13 7370-9665 is strikingly thinner than ever and better equipped with Intel’s recently announced 8th generation processors. As for design, it is an arrangement very similar to the Huawei MateBook X and this isn’t the only similarity between the two. Both machines are built with slender frames, milled completely from metal and Dell has even introduced Platinum Silver and Champagne Pink color. A purely clamshell laptop is strangely a return to form for the Dell Inspiron 7000 lineup, which has only seen 2-in-1 models for the last two years. Along the right edge of the keyboard is a power button with an integrated fingerprint scanner for another biometric option for a convenient way to sign in. Dell has drastically reduced the size of the bezels to thin bars. Last year’s Inspiron 13 model brought a great reduction in thickness at 0.76 inch (1.92 cm) and this latest version of the laptop continues to cut down on the bulk to a mere 0.65-inch (1.67 cm). It’s classier and thinner looks are sure to turn a few heads in the business world too. Under the hood, the Dell Inspiron 13 7370-9665 features Intel 8th generation Core i5-8250U processor, Intel UHD Graphics 620 graphics processor and 8 GB of DDR4-2400 RAM. The Kaby Lake Refresh doubles the cores on its U-series processor. Not only will these CPUs perform better at creative tasks, Intel’s integrated UHD graphics should better handle creating and consuming streaming media. As for storage, the laptop features a 256 GB NVMe solid state drive. The only thing holding back the Dell Inspiron 13 7370 are Full HD only display options, whereas the Huawei’s flagship starts with a 1440p resolution screen. However, the Full HD IPS display lets user view the screen from a variety of angles without compromising image quality. In addition, the amazingly bright 300-nit screen makes for easier working outdoors and a more comfortable streaming. For better audio experience, Waves MaxxAudio Pro offers a professional sound and completes user immersive experience. The audio produced from the Inspiron 13 7370 is automatically enhanced by clearer treble, improved bass and significantly higher volume. Dell also claims we will see up to 9 hours and 31 minutes of battery life on the Dell Inspiron 13 7370 according to the industry standard MobileMark 2014. The Dell Inspiron 13 7370 is also equipped with SmartByte technology, which delivers an outstanding streaming experience. The SmartByte technology optimized online streaming and interactive videos. This network solution ensures that the most important applications get the bandwidth needed to run optimally. The Inspiron is one of the most famous models in the laptop market. This version will certainly be a good addition to the market. Hands-on article by Jagadisa RajarathnamSpecifications

The Dell Inspiron 7000 series has always been an enticing budget laptop for students, but it’s classier and thinner looks are sure to turn a few heads in the business world too. For the low price of $799 (about £620, AU$1,010), you’re getting a decent setup with an 8th generation Intel Core i5 CPU and a 128GB SSD. The 4GB of RAM on the base model is a shame, but hopefully it won’t be anything a small aftermarket upgrade won’t fix.

The Inspiron 13 7000 2-in-1 is quite expensive. The higher-end spec that we tested sells for Rs. 96,190, while the Core i5 variant is still premium at Rs. 76,290. At this level, you can buy some extremely portable and capable laptops including Dell's own Inspiron 13 and XPS 13 models.

So should you buy the Dell Inspiron 7373? There is no easy answer there, unfortunately. At a starting price of Rs 74,490, it offers a ton of compelling bells and whistles like Windows Hello, a vibrant display, great build quality, premium design, impressive speakers, a good keyboard and one of the very few convertible laptops which come with 8th gen Intel Core i5/i7 processors. But the short battery life, rough trackpad, and the heating issue make it tough for us to wholeheartedly recommend this to everyone. The i5 model, though, should make battery life and heating aspects slightly better. If you live with the drawbacks I mentioned, the Dell Inspiron 7373 is an option worth considering. If you prefer better battery life, however, we would suggest the Lenovo Yoga 720 but do note that we still don’t have the 8th Gen processors in India and they cost considerably more than Dell Inspiron 7373.

It's not quite as sweet a deal as last year's model was, but the Dell Inspiron 13 7000 is still one of the best sub-$999 laptop options out there.

Convertible laptops are about the freedom to work the way you want. Unfortunately, Dell's otherwise winning Inspiron 13 7000 2-in-1 limits your freedom to the length of its power cord.

The Dell Inspiron 13 7373 is an amazing 13″ laptop that most regular consumers will be happy with. It’s a bit heavy for a 13″ but not enough to not be portable. It has some included software that is annoying but you can uninstall that. It has an amazing build, amazing screen, great keyboard… this is one to consider and put on your short list.

Most of the time when I see a new PC at this price range, there's something about it that makes it feel cheap, whether it's a thick and heavy body, a low-resolution screen, a poor keyboard, or something else. That's really not the case here. The Inspiron 13 7000 series is a real winner, and it provides a lot of value.

Dell has almost reached Lenovo the edge in the battle for 13-inch convertibles. This Inspiron is one of the devices that you feel a connection with. You know you are holding a premium product when it is in your hands. We can easily compare the Inspiron 13 7386 2-in-1 to its Latitude cousin – the 7390 2-in-1. At a cheaper price, you can feel the cost-cutting, but only when you boot up the device and dig a little deeper. However, in order to do things fair and square, there is another contender that should be brought in – the Lenovo Yoga 730 (13).

Throw in Amazon Alexa support and Dell Mobile Connect, and this Inspiron starts looking like a flagship laptop in disguise.

The Dell Inspiron 13 7000 2-in-1 can't overcome some major missteps. There are few compelling 13-inch 2-in-1 laptops that don't cost an arm and a leg. Unfortunately, as much as the Dell Inspiron 13 7000 2-in-1 ($729) tries to be the standout laptop in this price range, it falls short due to poor battery life and an underwhelming display.

The Dell Inspiron 13 7000 2-in-1 is the best Inspiron to date, and it's now a serious alternative to the XPS 13. This convertible laptop has a stealthy aluminum chassis with a clever magnetic stylus slot that securely stores an included Active Pen. Performance is also excellent, thanks to the 8th Gen Intel Core i7 CPU, and the laptop's 4K panel is supersharp. And although it's not the lightest in its class, the Inspiron 13 7000 2-in-1 is easy to transport thanks to its slim frame.

And of course, you get a beautiful 4K display with narrow bezels. It supports Dolby Vision, so watching videos just looks beautiful. Combined with Waves MaxxAudio Pro, it sounds great too. And then you get a solid keyboard, making it great for work and play. That's what I mean when I say it does everything. In the areas that really matter, such as productivity and consumption, the Inspiron 13 7000 2-in-1 Black Edition really excels. And considering that you get all of that for just $1,449.99, you really can't go wrong.

Dell Inspiron 13 7306 2-in-1’s IPS touchscreen panel has a Full HD resolution, excellent contrast ratio, comfortable viewing angles, and wide color coverage – 96% of the sRGB gamut. Additionally, its backlight doesn’t flicker at any brightness level. Thanks to our Gaming and Web design profile, people like Web designers, artists, creators, and e-commerce retailers can enjoy an accurate color representation with an Average dE of 1.2. Unfortunately, the nonuniformity of the color across the area of the display, and especially in the top left corner makes it inappropriate for professional work.

- that is what Dell would probably like to call this convertible. While the bright 4K touchscreen with stylus support makes for a compelling argument, our measurements have unfortunately uncovered its weaknesses. The Intel Core i7 combined with 16 GB of fast RAM should result in good performance if it were not for the TDP woes.
