Casio releases three new watches with unusual face feature

Casio has revealed three new Baby-G Plus BGA-20K watches in Japan. These round analog watches are designed to look like a small creature. Each dial is decorated with two eyes, with the expression changing daily. According to the brand, this "innovative design" creates "an adorable, emoticon-like expression" (machine translated).
The Casio Baby-G BGA-20K-1A (black/silver), BGA-20K-4A (brown/red/pink) and the BGA-20K-7A (white/silver) come with two accessories: a resin strap and a resin holder. The latter of the two enables you to transform the watch into a keyring or bag charm, and features a pair of ears to add to the animal-like design.
Casio’s BGA-20K has three analog hands, which should remain accurate to within 20 seconds per month. There is a basic date display and a low battery indicator. This model has a resin casing measuring 43.5 x 42.4 x 11.5 mm (~1.71 x 1.67 x 0.09 inches) and is waterproof to 10 ATM.
In Japan, the Casio Baby-G BGA-20K-1A, BGA-20K-4Aand BGA-20K-7A watches each retail for ¥12,100 (~$77). They are set for release in this market at some point in October 2026, though an exact date has not been announced. Whether or when the model could be released in other markets like North America remains to be seen.
