Award-winning Kung Fu game is getting a mobile version, and the PC version is 75% off now

After being available on consoles and PC for years, Sifu, the kung fu beat 'em up game, will be getting a mobile phone version. The game will be launching later this month for both Android and iOS devices.
Developed by Sloclap, and published by Kepler Interactive, Sifu was first released in February 2022 for the PS4, PS5, and Windows before launching in November of the same year on the Xbox One, Xbox Series S|X, and Nintendo Switch. Since its release, it has sold over 4 million units, and in 2023, it won the Steam Award for Best Game You Suck At.
Sifu is a tale of a son trying to avenge the death of his father; while that doesn't sound out of the ordinary, what makes the game special is that when the protagonist dies, they get resurrected as a stronger but older version with a shorter health bar. This continues until he is too old and dies permanently, prompting the player to start afresh. In addition to the main story line, which is short, Sifu has a training mode and an arena mode with different challenges.
While you can already play the PC version of Sifu on Android devices using apps such as GameNative and GameHub, a mobile port is still a welcome development. The mobile version has touch controls, but there's also full controller support, so you can play with a mobile controller such as the GameSir X5 Lite (available on Amazon for $34.99) or on an Android handheld like the Retroid Pocket 6.
Sifu for mobile launches on October 12 on the App Store and Google Play Store and will cost $7.99. The Steam version is also currently on sale for $9.99 (75% off its launch price of $39.99).
