15.6-inch 16:9 laptops could be making a comeback this year after being overshadowed by 16-inch 16:10 models for quite some time. The new Asus Vivobook Pro 15 N6506CU is now officially on sale through retailers like B&H starting at just under $1500.
As shown by the specs below, the model is notable for its 3K 120 Hz OLED display dubbed "Lumina" designed for both gaming and content creation purposes. The HDR600 display promises 600 nits of brightness, DCI-P3 colors, low blue light emissions, and a flicker-free experience. Meanwhile, the Core Ultra 9 285H CPU is paired with a GeForce RTX 4050 to be a higher-end balanced machine.
The 2025 VivoBook Pro 15 is the first "Pro" model in years sporting the 15.6-inch screen size. Our last review on a VivoBook Pro 15 was over three years ago when Zen 3 and GeForce RTX 3050 were the latest mainstream mobile options. The VivoBook series has only grown more luxurious since then in both design and price. Expect our review on the model to come in the next few weeks.
