Reviews for the Asus Zephyrus M GU502GU-XB74
The Zephyrus M GU502GU starts at the same price as the Razer Blade 15 with the same CPU, GPU, and 144 Hz display. It becomes difficult to recommend the Asus when the Razer alternative is both smaller and more rigid while offering essentially the same level of gaming performance.

It is an exemplary hallmark of technological prowess meeting with practical portability all combined together into one. Its seemingly dense exterior belies its considerable lightweight property and on top of that the Asus Zephyrus M GU502 also centers its impeccable performance on fine gaming. It holds the record for being 45 % lighter compared to previous Zephyrus laptop models. The Asus Zephyrus M’s lighter and thinner overall structure does not undermine the excellence of its true actual performance. With Windows 10 Pro as its base operating system, the performance rate of the Asus Zephyrus M GU502 is further established and amplified through the integration of powerful 9th generation Intel Core processors paired with NVIDIA GeForce 1660Ti graphics unit. The NVIDIA GeForce 1660Ti graphics processing unit can achieve up to a shocking 1,425 MHz at 90 W upon the activation of Turbo mode. These powerhouse components are further accompanied and bolstered by the vastness in memory up to 32 GB of DDR4-2666 RAM as well as 1 TB of superfast RAID 0 SSD storage. With plenty of ample memory space for the processors to navigate and operate through, the Asus Zephyrus M GU502 can easily handle any task that is thrown at its way. In terms of design, a gaming themed aesthetic is adopted in order to further highlight the identity of the Asus Zephyrus M GU502 laptop model. The design of the keyboard distinguishes the Asus Zephyrus M from other existing gaming laptops. For instance, the function keys are spaced and categorized into a certain area for ease of identification whereas hotkeys commonly referred are easily within reach. The key controls on the keyboard can be highlighted with LED backlight, which can be personally configured for ease of reference and compatibility depending on the game title or task at hand. This inclusion of personal customization can potentially improve the quality of life for users who consistently boot up the same program over the days of the week.
