Archive.org versionThe Asus has excellent gaming results and it's also got good application performance, decent build quality and a reasonable keyboard. The X75VC is only worth buying if discrete graphics or a Blu-ray drive are important.

NVIDIA GeForce GT 720M: Lower middle-class graphics card based on the 28 nm GF117 (Fermi).
Modern games should be playable with these graphics cards at low settings and resolutions. Casual gamers may be happy with these cards.

DTR are mainly intended for stationary desk use, where weight and energy hunger don't matter.
