The Asus ROG Strix Scar III is quite the impressive gaming laptop, offering strong performance, a 240-Hz panel, long battery life, a clicky keyboard and decent speakers. However, keep in mind that this machine lacks a webcam and the chassis is a bit thick.

ASUS understands the demands of esports very well, and their knowledge and mastery over their hardware is translated very succinctly in the Scar III. As far as competitive gaming laptops go, this is the crème de la crème.

NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2070 Mobile: High-End laptop graphics card based on the TU106 chip with 2,304 shaders and 8 GB GDDR6 VRAM. Compared to the desktop variant, the GPU is clocked lower. The refresh version in April 2020 bears the same name, but is slightly higher clocked.
With these GPUs you are able to play modern and demanding games fluently at medium detail settings and HD resolution.
