Xiaomi has sent out the Android 11 update to phones like the Mi Note 10 Lite, Poco X2, and recently, the Redmi Note 9S. Next on the list for the Android 11 rollout is the Mi 10T lineup, and starting yesterday, phones in the series began receiving the update.
Yes, the Android 11 update is currently rolling out to the Mi 10T, Mi 10T Pro, and Redmi K30S. The Redmi K30S, of course, is a rebranded Mi 10T. The update bears the build designation "MIUI V12.1.1.0.RJDINXM", showing that it's an Android 11 build for the Indian version of the devices. It's a larger download than what we've seen from similar Android 11 OTAs to other Xiaomi phones, as it weighs in at 2.8 GB. It also introduces the January security patch.
This is, of course, a stable beta release. That means the update will be sent out randomly, pending feedback from users before a full rollout. It's unknown when other versions of the Mi 10T series will get the update but it shouldn't take long.
