Amazfit: Cheap smartwatches to get new and exciting features

Zepp Health has commented on upcoming updates for a wide range of Amazfit smartwatches. Specifically, the manufacturer is providing both an overview of updates that have already been released and a roadmap for upcoming updates. Even somewhat older wearables, such as the Amazfit Balance will receive new features. BioCharge support is scheduled to arrive this month, along with support for the Helio Strap and integration for TrainingPeaks and Intervals.icu. Stryd support is also planned.
The Amazfit T-Rex 3 is also set to receive new features, although Zepp Health has not yet specified them in detail. The Active 3 Premium is expected to receive a workout calendar, among other features, later this month. Additional major updates are planned for the entire lineup, so to speak. The update to Zepp OS 6 is set to arrive this month, while Zepp Flow will receive new features. Among other things, this should enable more or smarter responses to questions about Launcher 2.0. Additional training features are also planned, with Zepp Health focusing in particular on analysis. Changes or new additions will include the display or calculation of exhaustion levels and lactate threshold, while current information also indicates that customers will receive more workout options. It is not yet clear exactly when the new features will be rolled out.
