The iiif150 Action 15Pro is a new dual-screen smartphone featuring a substantial camera bump and a relatively rugged design. It ships with a version of Android 15, a high-refresh rate display, and a 50 MP main camera.
Apart from having three repeating vowels in its name, iiif150 offers a range of rugged smartphones, including the recently released Action 15Pro, priced at $308 on the company’s website. The back of the device sports a fairly eye-catching design, with a secondary display integrated into the camera bump. According to the company, this screen can be customised to show a variety of information, such as a clock, battery level, or a compass – and even lets users interact with virtual pets. Furthermore, it enables the 50 MP main camera, equipped with a Sony IMX766 sensor, to also function as a selfie camera. Despite this, the phone still includes a 32 MP front-facing camera.
The Action 15Pro is powered by a MediaTek Helio G100, an SoC that lacks 5G support. It comes with 8 GB of memory and 256 GB of internal storage, expandable via a memory card. The company states that the rugged phone offers IP68 and IP69K-rated water and dust resistance, and has been tested to withstand drops from 1.8 m (5.9 ft). The 6.78-inch AMOLED main display boasts a resolution of 2,400 x 1,080 pixels and a maximum refresh rate of 120 Hz. Other notable features include an under-display fingerprint sensor and a 5,100 mAh battery that supports 30-watt charging, which is decent but not exceptionally fast.
