Acer's Swift 14 AI notebook equipped with a Qualcomm SoC has recently dropped to $799.99 at Best Buy, marking a $400 discount off MSRP. It features a 14.5-inch IPS touch-enabled display with a resolution of 2,560 × 1,600, up to 120 Hz refresh rate, and a peak brightness of 300 nits.
Powering it is a Qualcomm Snapdragon X Elite chipset, more specifically the X1E-78-100 SKU with twelve Oryon CPU cores boosting up to 3.4 GHz, a 3.8 TFLOPS Adreno X1-85 integrated GPU, as well as a 45 TOPS Hexagon NPU. It's joined by 16 GB of LPDDR5X-8448 memory and a 1 TB PCIe 4.0 SSD.
Connectivity consists of two USB4 Type-C ports (40 Gbps, DisplayPort 1.4 Alt Mode, Power Delivery), two 5 Gbps USB-A ports, and a 3.5 mm audio combo jack. The Copilot+ PC also ships with support for Wi-Fi 7 and Bluetooth 5.4, a QHD webcam with IR facial recognition, as well as a fingerprint reader embedded into the power button.
The Swift 14 AI's aluminum chassis measures 12.7 × 8.9 × 0.72 inches (323 × 226 × 18 mm) and weighs 3.2 lbs (1.45 kg), while fitting a 75 Wh battery capable of charging at up to 65 W with the included USB-C power adapter.
