Reviews for the Acer Spin 1 SP111-31-P40B
Source: Gadgets Now

Acer Spin 1 is a really good looking and compact device. If you are not much into gaming and want a simple device for your routine daily work then you can definitely go for this one. Priced at Rs 30,999, it is a good buy. The device is convertible and also has a brand value attached to it and is better than the recently launched iBall CompBook Aer3, which falls under the same price segment and offers much less when compared to the Acer Spin 1.

The Acer Spin 1 has a combination of features that you might not get in any other laptop in the same price range. It compromises on performance and overall build quality, delivers with an impressive screen and MS Office pre-installed. It’s a laptop worth considering.

The Acer Spin 1 might be priced like a budget laptop, but it hardly feels like one with an all metal build and Full HD screen. It’s just a shame it doesn’t pack more power.

The Acer Spin 1 is a little slow and basic, but the folding touchscreen design, decent screen and battery life, and rock-bottom price make it the ideal travel companion or secondary laptop.

Intel HD Graphics 505: Integrated low-end graphics adapter with DirectX 12 support, which can be found in some ULV SoCs from the Apollo Lake series.
Non demanding games should be playable with these graphics cards.

Pentium N4200: An Apollo Lake family, quad-core, ultra-low-power processor (SoC) that saw the light of day in 2016. Its four CPU cores run at 1.1 GHz to 2.5 GHz; these are not Hyper-Threading-enabled meaning there are no additional threads. This chip has a fairly competent integrated graphics solution, the Intel HD Graphics 505, and eats very little (~6 W). The Pentium N4200 is based on the Goldmont CPU microarchitecture that came to replace Silvermont (2013), bringing with it several welcome improvements. The CPU is Secure Boot-compatible; technically, it will have no issue running 64-bit Windows 11. The average N4200 in our database competes with the Core i5-3339Y, a low-power SoC launched in 2013, in multi-thread performance.» Further information can be found in our Comparison of Mobile Processsors.
