Reviews for the Acer Aspire V3-572G-70TA
Source: Comp Reviews

Acer tried to strike a balance of features and price in the Aspire V3-572G-70TA and it succeeds in some areas but fails in others. For instance, this is one of the few laptops in this price range that features a dedicated NVIDIA graphics processor and it even comes with a 1920x180 resolution display panel.

NVIDIA GeForce 8400M GT: NVidia GeForce 8400M GT is the DirectX 10 capable successor of the GeForce Go 7400 for laptops and technologically a slower 8600M GS video card. Not suited for DX 10 games in high details.
Only some 3D games with very low demands are playable with these cards.

Intel Core i7: The Intel Core i7 for laptops is based on the LG1156 Core i5/i7 CPU for desktops. The base clock speed of the CPUs is relatively low, but because of a huge Turbo mode, the cores can dynamically overclock to up to 3.2 GHz (920XM). Therefore, the CPU can be as fast as high clocked dual-core CPUs (using single threaded applications) but still offer the advantage of 4 cores. Because of the large TDP of 45 W / 55 W, the CPU is only intended for large laptops.
4510U: Haswell-based ULV dual-core processor clocked at 2.0 GHz with Turbo Boost support up to 3.1 GHz. Offers an integrated HD Graphics 4400 and a dual-channel DDR3 memory controller.» Further information can be found in our Comparison of Mobile Processsors.
