The 2023 ASUS ROG Zephyrus M16 with a 16-inch IPS display, an RTX 4070 GPU, a Core i9-13900H CPU, and 16 GB of DDR5-4800 memory has now seen a giant US$450 discount at Best Buy (Buy it now). The discounted price which is part of Best Buy’s Black Friday deals is the lowest rate for the laptop in over 60 days according to Honey’s price history tool.

Aside from the specifications just mentioned, the ASUS ROG Zephyrus M16 (2023) on sale features 1 TB of PCIe Gen 4 storage, a single-zone RGB backlit keyboard, Wi-Fi 6E, and a plethora of ports. The ports include a single HDMI 2.1 output, a 3.5 mm combo jack, one Thunderbolt 4, two USB 3.2 Gen 2 Type-C ports with DisplayPort and Power Delivery, and two USB 3.2 Gen 2 Type-A inputs. The gaming laptop also comes with a 90 Wh battery pack.

In our ASUS ROG Zephyrus M16 (2023) review, the laptop scored a “very good” rating of 89%. The main contributing factors to this excellent rating were high performance, reliable and fast SSD speeds, solid Wi-Fi performance, good speakers, and conservative gaming power consumption.

While our review device packed an RTX 4090 which is much more powerful than the RTX 4070 laptop on offer, the Core i9-13900H CPU remains the same. The processor managed a CPU rating of 68.3 which is 10% better than the average Core i9-13900H rating per our tests. Combined with the RTX 4070 laptop GPU which, per our database, performs like an RTX 3080 Ti mobile, the ROG Zephyrus M16 performance should be plenty for high-end FHD/QHD gaming.

Finally, the ROG Zephyrus M16 (2023) should also display the games pretty well as the 16-inch QHD+ IPS screen boasts 100% coverage of the DCI-P3 gamut alongside a 240 Hz refresh rate. The panel also supports NVIDIA G-SYNC and Advanced Optimus for smooth gameplay.
