1. Crab Champions
Crab Champions, as the name somewhat suggests, is a third-person third-crab shooter from the maker of the iconic Crab Rave. The game is about as ridiculous as its name and musical predecessor suggest, but it has been very positively reviewed on Steam for its fast pace, diverse loot and build economy, and for its surprisingly handsome graphics. Crab Champions can be played alone, or you can take up to three of your friends to experience the insanity of dodging flying bananas as you parkour across floating paradisical islands as a crab armed to the teeth.

2. Everspace 2
Everspace 2 follows up the 2017 release of the original Everspace, building on what made the original good. The primary focus of Everspace 2 is spaceflight, exploration, and space-based combat, while the story and progression are largely based around rogue-like mechanics that make you do repeated runs in order to move forward. According to Roundtable Co-Op's review, the developer has mentioned that there are expansions on the way, but the primary focus around the launch was making sure the delivered game was as polished as possible.
By all accounts, Everspace 2 hits the nail square on the head, delivering a polished flight experience and fast-paced combat mechanics, while the picturesque graphics, loot, and gameplay loop are plenty to keep you engaged from run to run.
Everspace 2 is available on Steam — and with a 10% launch discount until April 13, 2023. There's also a free demo, if you'd like to give it a go before handing over almost US$50 of your hard-earned doubloons.
3. Cynthia: Hidden in the Moonshadow
Cynthia: Hidden in the Moonshadow really shows what can be done by a small indie team when people really put their heads down and focus on delivering something to be proud of. The narrative-driven exploration 3D platformer sees the titular character go on an emotional adventure in search of her loved ones. Along the way, she must solve puzzles using her light bow and employ stealth tactics to sneak around and distract guards. In addition to its puzzle and 3D platforming roots, Cynthia features striking, stylised graphics that are reminiscent of the Zelda franchise.
Cynthia: Hidden in the Moonshadow launched on Steam on April 10, 2023 and is available for US$12.59, thanks to a 10% introductory offer until April 17, 2023.
