Xiaomi Redmi 10C specifications, design and pricing leak ahead of March 17 announcement
A retailer has revealed numerous details about the Redmi 10C, a smartphone that leaked last year. According to Jumia, the Redmi 10C has a MediaTek Helio G35 SoC and will be available with 2 GB, 3 GB and 4 GB of RAM, plus 32 GB, 64 GB or 128 GB of storage. The Redmi 10C should have expandable storage and dual SIM connectivity too.
Moreover, the retailer states that the Redmi 10C has a 6.53-inch IPS display that resolves at 1,600 x 720 pixels with a 400-nit peak brightness. Accordingly, the handset measures 164.9 x 77 x 9 mm and weighs 196 g, partially on account of its 5,000 mAh battery. Jumia adds that the Redmi 10C comes with a 13 MP primary camera, a 5 MP front-facing camera and dual 2 MP sensors for calculating depth of field and macro information.
These specifications conflict with hands-on photos shared by @passionategeekz, though. As the image below shows, the Redmi 10C appears to feature a Snapdragon 680 instead, a 4G SoC also found in the global version of the Redmi Note 11. The image refers to the Redmi 10C as having a 50 MP primary camera too, along with a 6.71-inch 'Dot Drop' display.
Reportedly, Xiaomi will launch the Redmi 10C in Europe for between €150 and €200, presumably depending on the memory configuration. While Mysmartprice has not confirmed when the Redmi 10C will launch in Europe, Redmi India has teased that the handset could debut on March 17.
